Info & Care Instructions

 Each MGN piece is made by hand to order unless otherwise stated. The pieces can take up to 2 weeks for catalogue products and 4 weeks for custom made pieces, however if you require your order by a certain date, we'll try our best to make it happen.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express or International Express. All orders over $200 will also be insured for postal loss and damage, which incurs additional postage costs. If a parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for paying any import charges that arise and we always mark our parcels with accurate value for insurance purposes. The current global pandemic is creating mass delays and distruptions in postal times and we are grateful for your patience and understanding during longer transit times.

If your parcel becomes lost in the post we will file a claim for the insurance paid on the parcel. If it is lost due to the customer entering an incorrect or invalid address, a refund will be provided only when the pieces have arrived back to us which can take several weeks. 

We do not process refunds or exchanges for change of mind, everything is made to order meaning that all sales are final. In the case that the piece is damaged due to a production misstep, we will provide a free repair or remake. If the piece is damaged due to wear and tear we can repair it for a fee we will determine after inspecting the piece. 

In terms of resizes, we offer a resize service for $40 plus postage both ways. Please note that some products cannot be resized due to being set with fragile stones which are damaged with heat, so it's particularly important to find the right size.

Silver and gold are soft and reactive materials which may become lightly scratched or tarnished with time and frequent wear. If your piece becomes tarnished, we recommend purchasing one of these anti tarnish polishing cloths to restore the shine. We are happy to offer a clean, buff and re-polish service of our products for $20 plus postage. We love getting our past work in good shape! We also recommend avoiding contact with cosmetic products and perfumes while wearing the jewellery.
