Info & Care Instructions

 Each MGN piece is made by hand to order unless otherwise stated. The pieces can take up to 2 weeks for catalogue products and 4 weeks for custom made pieces, however if you require your order by a certain date, we'll try our best to make it happen.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express or International Express. All orders over $200 will also be insured for postal loss and damage. If a parcel is lost, damaged or stolen, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue. Customers will be responsible for paying any import charges that arise. The current global pandemic is creating mass delays and distruptions in postal times and we are grateful for your patience and understanding during longer transit times.

We cannot process refunds for change of mind. In the case that the piece is damaged due to a production misstep, we will provide a free repair or remake. If the piece is damaged due to wear and tear we can repair it for a fee we will determine after inspecting the piece. 

In terms of resizes, we offer a resize service for $40 plus postage. Please note that some products cannot be resized due to being set with fragile stones which are damaged with heat, so it's particularly important to find the right size.

Silver and gold are soft and reactive materials which may become lightly scratched or tarnished with time and frequent wear. If your piece becomes tarnished, we recommend purchasing one of these anti tarnish polishing cloths to restore the shine. We are happy to offer a clean, buff and re-polish service of our products for $20 plus postage. We love getting our past work in good shape! We also recommend avoiding contact with cosmetic products and perfumes while wearing the jewellery.
